Room was great. We were kindly upgraded from what I booked, to a larger room. It was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring the old city and the new. Staff we friendly, helpful & spoke English. The cleaners did a really good job too.

Two of the three rooms very spacious, the third a bit small for 2 people. The views were not that good .... street, parking lot. Location of hotel very good, especially to visit the castle. Was also within easy walking distance to the town square. We were able to leave our luggage at reception before check-in time which was a great bonus.

Loved the location loved the hotel but what made our stay more enjoyable was the excellent staff how pleasant and helpful they were especially Carlos and Tamara . Breakfast was everything you needed in a lovely environment on the terrace. The cleanliness of the room was perfect The view of the Castle from our room was stunning Everying about our stay was 5 star. We have booked the hotel for a return visit. We'll done to everyone in the Sowell Chevaliers

They upgraded our room so we ended up with a beautiful view from La Cité which only made our stay more special. The room was big and it was warm when we arrived. The bed was comfy, bathroom was a good size and there was complimentary water, tea and coffee. The breakfast was totally worth the 15 euros specially because you can’t find good options in the city so that was pretty handy to us. Everyone in reception was super nice and they let you store your baggage after checking out so you can do some final exploring bag free. The location is convenient and you will be right in the middle between old town and new town. We loved our stay here!

The location is beautiful, I got an amazing upgrade to a room with a panorama view on the castle. Everything was crisp and clean - breakfast was amazing. special thanks to Abdel that was so understanding and kind at the reception desk. Shout out to the staff!

Very easy to find, friendly, helpful staff and an upgrade to a room with a balcony, a little table & 2 chairs that overlooked the river, a cute bridge and up to the Medieval fort. What a treat. Room wasn’t big but perfectly adequate, was clean and had a comfortable bed. No fridge in our room but they were happy to store items in their kitchen fridge for us. Happily supplied me with complimentary large glass of ice and the loan of a cork screw. Very quiet and fabulous location, all the sights within walking distance. We used a taxi to the train, a bit far for us with rolling suitcases.

Unbelievable view of the fortress from our lovely and spacious balcony! At night, it must be about the best vista in town. And this hotel has a very friendly and helpful staff, who helped us through a travel issue that wasn't their problem. We would highly recommend this hotel and room for these reasons. Oh--and they also had a nice breakfast.
